Returns & Refunds
We offer a return policy for items within 10 business days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in original packaging for exchange, store credit, or refund (minus 25% restocking fee). Returns must be made within 10 business days of RMA issuance. Opened items incur an additional 15% fee. Non-returnable products include custom orders, “as is” or “used” products, installed or used items, firearms/NFA items post-ATF paperwork, and certain electronic devices.
Shipping for returns should be tracked and insured. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any lost or damaged items in transit. USPS tracking is limited and requires a 30-day wait for tracing lost shipments.
